Louis J. Morales, President Mr. Morales has worked in the development of ICs for 27 years. He co-founded iSine Inc. (originally named Innotech Systems Inc.) in 1991 with Len Novara, having worked together in Standard Microsystems engineering management several years earlier. Mr. Morales started as an ASIC Design Engineer at General Instruments Microelectronics Division in New York. He then moved to Standard Microsystems becoming Engineering Manager 9 years hence. After Standard Microsystems, he took a position as Design Center Manager in a major electronics distribution company, Schwebber Electronics, which later became Arrow Electronics. Mr. Morales holds a BSEE from the State University of New York at Stonybrook. Louis A. Morales, Vice President Louis A. Morales is a 45-year veteran of the electronics industry. During his career Mr. Morales has served in a variety of management positions in engineering, business development, program management and marketing. Prior to iSine, Mr. Morales held various engineering and management positions at Norden Systems (1978-1994) a division of United Technologies. As Program Manager he managed the schedules and budgets of all engineering programs in the company. As a Systems Engineering Manager he directed a team of 100 systems, software and hardware design engineers on a $52 million program. At Telephonics Corporation (1968-1978) he was Director of Advanced Systems with a staff of 40 people, responsible for military marketing & sales, and all proposals’ technical, management, and cost content. Before 1968 Mr. Morales held various engineering positions at Reeves Instrument, Belock Instrument Corporation, and Loral Electronics Corporation. He is also co-inventor of what has become the ubiquitous security tag used on garments, books, etc. Mr. Morales holds a BSEE from New York University John Masterson, Director of Finance Mr. Masterson joined iSine as Director of Finance in 2000. Prior to joining the company, John worked as a CPA for twelve years at Barash, Friedman, Freidberg and Adasko, CPAs in New York City and for three years with Richard Freeman & Co CPAs, also in New York. His clients ranged in size from start-up enterprises through regional and national accounts. John earned his CPA license in New York in 1992. He maintains a membership in The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Chung Lam, Director of Technology Deployment Chung Lam has over 25 years of experience across multiple disciplines within the Semiconductor Industry. During that time, he has build executive level relationships with the majority of top Semiconductor companies, and has succeeded in aligning these companies toward standard products in the semiconductor memory market. He joined iSine to develop and execute strategies to promote and deploy iSine's technologies into the industry. Prior to iSine, Mr. Lam spent over 20 years at Intel Corporation, starting as a process engineer. In the late 80's, Mr. Lam worked on the transfer of process technology to then start-up TSMC. In the early 90's, Mr. Lam refined and executed a strategy to align the semiconductor industry on a standard SRAM to support Intel's Pentium Processor; this method is still used today. Mr. Lam also drove the strategy and negotiations behind many other business and licensing deals and investments for Intel. Besides his work with the memory industry, he was instrumental in development of Intel's chipset IP strategy, and was the chief negotiator in many of the chipset licenses. Mr. Lam holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a JD from the University of Santa Clara. He is a member of the California State BAR. Randy M. Bonella, Director of Technology Development Randy Bonella is a 24 year veteran in the PC and Semiconductor industry. During his career Mr. Bonella has served in a variety of engineering, management and technology evaluation positions. As a recent addition to iSine he has built upon his prior industry involvement to extend iSine’s strategic industry relationships with a majority of the top 20 semiconductor companies to promote and expand iSine’s technologies. He has been granted over 30 patents relating to his expertise in memory subsystems and he has several patents in progress for iSine’s memory and power delivery technologies. Mr. Bonella was Director of operations for the Platform Technology Lab at Intel from 1994-2005. He built a world class advanced technology development team of 85 people delivering state of the art memory, interconnect and mechanical solutions to the PC industry. His team was recognized by the US government for enabling power delivery technology that promoted increased efficiency power supplies. He served for 5 years on Intel’s IP evaluation board as a strategic technology assessment engineer with direct investment and acquisition results of >$85M. Prior to Intel, Mr. Bonella was a Senior ASIC Design Engineer at Compaq working on several memory controllers, including the industries 1st production North Bridge controller. Prior to 1988 Mr. Bonella held various engineering positions at Standard Microsystems and Beehive International. Mr. Bonella holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University. |
